Do you file with Medicare, Medicaid or Soonercare programs?

Unfortunately, these programs generally provide no coverage for the specialized TMJ services
we provide. For this reason, our practice has opted out of Medicare and does not participate
with these programs or file claims for reimbursement. Patients who are enrolled in these
programs are responsible for payment in full at the time of service. We are unable to submit
claims for reimbursement on their behalf.
